Perseverance Palace is a 501(C)(3) vibrant and innovative nonprofit organization based in North Carolina. At the heart of our mission is the belief that creativity, mentorship, and community engagement can be powerful tools in preventing youth violence and fostering positive growth.

Our Story

Established in 2022, Perseverance Palace was born out of a shared vision to create a safe and inspiring space for young individuals facing the challenges of today’s world. Founder and Executive Director, James D. Faucette, envisioned a holistic approach to youth empowerment—one that goes beyond traditional intervention models.
